DMCA Policy & Copyright Infringement Notification
At Castle App (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners can report alleged copyright infringement and how we respond to such notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
About Our Service
Castle App is a streaming platform that provides access to a wide range of entertainment content. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure compliance with applicable copyright laws, it is possible that certain material may be made available without our knowledge. Where to Send Your DMCA Notice
To ensure proper handling and faster processing, all DMCA Takedown Notices must be submitted through the official in-app customer support form within Castle App.
Notices submitted outside of the designated process may not be reviewed or processed.

If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification.
A valid Counter-Notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your judicial district (or, if outside the United States, to a U.S. Federal District Court), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content at our discretion in accordance with applicable law.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Castle App maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyrights or violate applicable laws.
We may also limit or permanently restrict access to our Service at our sole discretion where necessary to protect intellectual property rights.
